Greetings! Let me share a little more about myself.

  My educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in Recreational Therapy with a minor in biology and an emphasis in psychology.  I have both exceptional and regular education certifications in grades K-9 along with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  Additionally, I have obtained my Level 1 Sports and Exercise Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition and am currently working on my PES and FNS.

  I have been an athlete and sports enthusiast for as long as I can remember.  I found my true passion for health and wellness, as well as helping others, after I was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the end of my college career.  The obstacles I faced became the biggest challenges I have overcome and today I am stronger, healthier, and more determined than ever.

  Ironically, my medical challenges and limitations led me to the sport of bodybuilding.  Over the course of two years, and two shoulder surgeries, with the guidance of Eric W. Scott (founder of SCOTTSTRENGTH), I have transformed my physique and earned my status as a Professional Figure competitor in the OCB, NGA, IPE and DFAC Natural Federations.  I have fallen in love with competing and representing myself as a natural competitor. Through nutrition and fitness I will keep pursuing my dream of living my life by design as well has guide others to reach their highest potential too.

  I hold a Precision Nutrition Level 1(Pn1) certification and Primary Group Exercise certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
